   هو كمال الدين مير، حسين بن معين الدين الميبذي، المعروف بقاضي مير (ت ٩١٠ه‍ ) : صوفي، عالم بالحكمة والطبيعات والنحو، ماهر في العلوم العقلية، من تلاميذ الجلال الدواني . ولد بيزد وتوفي بهراة ، وتولي قضاء يزد في دولة السلطان يعقوب، واستشهد في ظهور الطائفة الأردبيلية . له : تصانيف عربية وفارسية، فمن العربية : شرح كافية ابن الحاجب، و شرح الشمسية، مختصر مقاصد حكمة فلاسفة العرب، وشرح هداية الحكمة (الذي بين أيدينا) يعرف بقاضي مير على الهداية، وشرح الكافية في النحو . ومن الفارسية : شرح ديوان علي
