السؤال : ما حكم إزالة شعر الجنب وظفره قبل الغسل على المذهب الشافعي؟

الجواب : إزالة شعر الجنب وظفره قبل الغسل ليست محرمة على المذهب الشافعي ولم نعلم أحدا صرح بكراهتها ولكن صرح ابن حجر الهيتمي رحمه الله بندب  تجنبها، وقد قال حجة الإسلام أبو حامد الغزالي في احياءه ونقله الخطيب الشربيني في الإقناع : لا ينبغي أن يحلق أو يقلم أو يستحد أو يخرج الدم أو يبين من نفسه جزءاً وهو جنب؛ إذ ترد إليه سائر أجزائه في الآخرة فيعود جنباً، ويقال : إن كل شعرة تطالبه بجنابتها (احياء علوم الدين ص ٤٩٠، تحفة المحتاج بشرح المنهاج : ١ / ٢٨٤، البجيرمي على الخطيب: ١ / ٣٦٤)، وكذا قال المليباري رحمه الله في كتابه فتح المعين : وَيَنْبَغِي أَنْ لَا يُزِيلُوا قَبْلَ الْغُسْلِ شَعراً أَو ظُفْراً ، وَكَذَا دَما؛ لأن ذلك يرد في الآخرة جنبا (فتح المعين ص ٦٩، ٧٠) .
